AI Cinematic Showreel / March 2026

As every AI filmmaker knows, it only takes a couple of months for your best work to look outdated. If the movie you so painstakingly created resonates with people, it might take a few more months until it becomes obsolete. This means you have to keep burning yourself out: trying, failing, and learning how to push the boundaries, simply to remain relevant.

It feels like decades since we all laughed at the dysmorphic abomination of Will Smith eating spaghetti, but it’s only been three years (March 23, 2023). Having climbed the peaks of basic consistency, crossed the river of perpetual jitter, and crawled through the entire uncanny valley, this is where we’re at now. The worst it will ever be.

Just about ready for the big screen, good enough for broadcast, perfect for everything else. From now on, some of the shots we generate might even survive a full year. Most of them won’t last till summer.

Tools used: Nano Banana 2 (and Pro), Kling 3.0, 2.6, Seedance 2.0. Music by Producer AI. Edited and color graded in DaVinci Resolve.

Dyar means Homes (Misirlou)

Together with a concert held at the Secretariat General for the Aegean and Island Policy, all performances in Lesvos were organised by the Dutch NGO “Connect by Music”, which teaches music to refugee children and young adults, provides the necessary equipment and involves professional music teachers and music therapists from the immediate surrounding area. https://www.connectbymusic.com/
